These terms govern your use of Gullimi, a cycling ride-tracking app (the "Service") operated by Ongil ("we").
1. What the Service does
- Records rides (distance, time, speed, elevation gain, route)
- Tracks when bicycle parts are due for replacement
- Shares live location among participants during a group ride
- Provides period rankings
Riding solo, recording, and the maintenance guide work without an account. Group rides, rankings, and bicycle management require sign-in.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created through Kakao, Apple, or Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account in the app at any time; server-stored rides are deleted with it.
3. Important safety notice
The Service is neither safety equipment nor a navigation system.
- While riding, watch the road first. Operate the screen only when stopped.
- Location, distance, speed, and elevation are estimates derived from GPS and carry error. Do not rely on them for safety or legal decisions.
- Group-ride location sharing and drop-off alerts may be delayed or may not arrive at all, depending on connectivity, battery, and device settings. Do not rely on this feature for a companion's safety.
- Wearing a helmet, obeying traffic law, and maintaining your bicycle are entirely your responsibility.
4. Your obligations
You must not:
- Use another person's account or register with false information
- Manipulate records to distort rankings
- Reverse-engineer the Service or send abnormal automated requests
- Collect, store, or publish another rider's location without consent
- Violate applicable law or public order
5. Your data
- Rides and maintenance records you create are yours.
- We process them only as needed to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
- Rides made without an account live only on your device. Records lost to app deletion, device reset, or loss cannot be recovered. Sign in to keep important records in your account.
6. Advertising
The Service is free and includes advertising. We are not responsible for ad content or for your dealings with advertisers.
7. Changes and discontinuation
- We may change or discontinue parts of the Service.
- If we shut the Service down entirely, we will give 30 days' notice and allow you to export your records.
- The Service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance, faults, or force majeure.
8. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is".
- Except for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
- Nothing here limits rights guaranteed to consumers by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We will post notice of changes in the app or on this page. Changes unfavourable to users are announced 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the courts having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
